Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received-unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the case promptly and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have concerns about your specific item, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return your original item, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
